deadgood for
the planet

Circular Principles

Being deadgood means being kind to ourselves and others, putting the environment first as demonstrated by actions not words. We've been adopting sustainable practices from day one and we have a philosophy of continuous improvement.

We believe that as an industry we shouldn't be satisfied with doing the bare minimum just to tick boxes; we need to go above and beyond to minimise our impact and create a positive difference.

Furniture Passport

Our products support your environmental goals through sustainably sourced timber, recycled steel, and plant-based foams. Every piece now also has a furniture passport behind a QR code, offering FSC® certification and verified Life Cycle Analysis for transparent data at every stage.

Every deadgood product now has a furniture passport, with our sustainability data sitting behind a QR code. Scan it, see for yourself.

Re-Love

Our deadgood products are designed to stand the test of time, but when they reach the end of their life, we’ve got a solution. Our Re-Love programme brings your furniture back to the factory, where we repair, reuse, or recycle to minimise environmental impact.

Made in Britain

We’re super proud to manufacture over ninety per cent of our products in the UK, investing in communities whose skillsets lie at the cutting edge of industrial processing on one hand, to employing time-honoured techniques on the other.

We believe in simple ideas that can have a big impact across the industry, like our 'Get Wasted' finish, made from 100% recycled paint powders.

Carbon Offset

We offset the carbon footprint of every deadgood employee, including emissions from their home, personal travel, holidays, food, hobbies and more.

We’re funding world-class climate solutions through Ecologi and have planted over 2,000 trees in our company forest, sequestering 160 tonnes of CO2e, equivalent to 400,000 car miles.
