MillTech is a growing fintech business with global reach and a modern mindset. For their new London base at 88 Wood Street, they turned to Peldon Rose to shape a space that reflects their agile way of working. With just 32 desks for a global team of 80, the brief focused on flexibility and atmosphere, building a workplace that supports hybrid working while still feeling grounded and personal.
