Escape Lounge, Manchester Airport

A £1.7m passenger lounge opened at Manchester Airport's Terminal One and we're pleased to have supplied a suite of Deadgood Love Chairs which feature throughout. More recently, some of our Anodised Lights by Deadgood studio have made a welcome addition.

More than 100,000 passengers use the Escape Lounge every year, which offers separate areas for relaxation and business, including self-contained meeting or private function rooms. Travellers pay a flat fee to use the facilities, which include computer games consoles, Scalextric sets, a restaurant, free wi-fi and a quiet room.

Andrew Harrison, commercial director for Manchester Airport, said: "We set out to create a lounge which would stand out but which also had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere."

Check it out for yourself next time you're off on your jollies...!
